Definitely an act, IMHO. Wish it was otherwise.

Mike Kuhns of the Baseball Bat and Gary Dobry of the Boxing Gloves have piously sworn that they never offered any (mis)information to BW:

Check this out Pugs, Mitchell thinks we provided BW with info. These guys are really PARANOID, wonder why. I can't wait until they get to discovery stage either. Mitchell will eat his words, a what moron!

Isn't it "interesting" how early on BW seemed satisfied certain information they had received about us perhaps financially benefiting from calling attention to "suspect" companies was actually true? Now, suddenly, our motivation was to promote Magnetic Diary! Pray tell, what might have so abruptly changed their strategy? What due diligence did BW fail to do early on on the Stooges that might have caused them to act on what may be unfounded and perhaps even libelous information they may have received?

Almost makes me want to get to the discovery phase to find out!

that is funny ! LOL I'm sure a big firm like Steinhart with a stable of research attorneys & private investigators will defer to a boxer, paranormal/actor & a 'guttermaster' from the RB message boards ! Mitchell just can't figure out a way to lay the blame on us for his malicious acts. He sure is trying though, ain't he? what a snake!

He's as funny and paranoid as Janice is. They run from board to board flapping their gums about complete non-sense, sorta reminds me of a three ring circus.

Won't they look stupid once again when they find out we had NOTHING to do with it. It's almost as if they think it's our fault their getting sued, how pathetic, lol. Oh well, that's the life of a basher.

What cracks me in half, is they continue to meddle in the same sh!t that got them all these lawsuits, GO FIGURE!

It is amusing watching trying desperately to tie us into their woes... "well, I believe '9 read a PR off of BW once and Pugs talked to guy once that called a lawyer who was involved in a case with a guy who new a guy who worked a summer job at Steinhart while home from college one summer!" LOLOL

what a goon squad!

Pretty catagorical, eh? Are they lying or telling the truth? JMO, but I'd say in this case past performance accurately predicts future results. I wonder what they (and their buddies Boris, DS Petry, and Riley, maybe others) will say when we have 'em deposed?

lolol, of course!
