I have heard that some banks and billers don't want customers to have this capability (to set up recurring payments). (Transpoint doesn't have it either...) The reason is that billers want to sell ads and post notices on the bills every month and the want to have those eyeballs as often as possible.

A short-sighted approach if you ask me.

Actually, this is a very nice feature that I use via Quicken on a regular basis. It becomes really convenient if you travel or want to pay a bill on your own "irregular" installment plan.
