Moonlight is half a million times weaker than sunlight. I tested this with a camera. Day exposure was 1/1000 second. Same f-stop - moonlit scene, tripod, 60 seconds. Picture looked nearly the same, except for a "softer" aspect and some star trails!
Sooo - if sunlight is very roughly a kilowatt per square meter - we're at two milliwatts per. With moonlight. Not enough to grow mold, even.
