Concerning tight hole Drilling, My understanding is that all partners have access to the data. However, as the operator has absolute control over the project, no partners are able to release that information without the operators approval. This is all part of the standard "operating agreement".

Hickory, good posts. I agree with your concern and have to admit like many I didn't realize how bad things were at Ultra. However I do think the knew managemant has started to turn things around and that there is still legitimate hope good things to come.
Where or how did you obtain information about the value of certain wells being virtually zero? From what I understand revenues are improving and may soon be cash flow positive. I will need to confirm this with the financials; but if it is correct then how can much of UP's wells have little or no value?

cheers,
riker
