Histamine H3 receptor-mediated inhibition of noradrenaline release in the
human brain.

Schlicker E, Werthwein S, Zentner J

Institut fur Pharmakologie, Universitat Bonn, Germany.

Stimulation-evoked 3H-noradrenaline release in human cerebrocortical slices was inhibited by histamine (in a manner sensitive
to clobenpropit) and by imetit, suggesting H3 receptor-mediated inhibition of noradrenaline release in human brain.
