VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1999--Destiny Software Productions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Euro Industries Ltd. (Pink Sheets:EUIN), announces the registration of one thousand broadcasters to the RadioDestiny Network(TM) (http://www.radiodestiny.com).

This number of registered broadcasters was reached within one month of the launch of the RadioDestiny Broadcaster(TM) software. The RadioDestiny Network(TM) can be accessed using the Destiny Media Player(TM). This media player can also be used to play back mp3 music. It is available as one of six featured players on MP3.com (Nasdaq:MPPP - news; mp3.com ).

Destiny Software is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Lotz as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Destiny Software Lotz held the position of examiner with the Vancouver Stock Exchange and was responsible for financial and regulatory compliance of its member brokerage firms. Lotz is a chartered accountant and was a senior auditor with Coopers and Lybrand. Lotz is also a member of the Board of Examiners of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
