I own a good amount of Aspect and plan to hold. I believe that the business plan will lead to spectacular growth.

With that said I have a problem with the "poor stock" whining on this board. The PE for ASDV was astronomical, for a long time near 100 times, anticipating a 50% growth rate.

The company quickly changed from a momentum stock to a value play with the dramatic stumble last spring, down to $7.

Since then the stock was up more than triple and is still up 2 1/2 times the lows. The PE is still respectable, even if you figure it on the 50 cents or so projected for the year 2000.

If this company were really undervalued, it would sell for 5-10 bucks corresponding to 10 to 20 times earnings.

I still believe that when the business model gets rolling earnings of in excess of $100 million per year are probable. ASDV earning $2.50 per share could be priced near the $100 mark.

Meanwhile there is downside market risk and there is the chance that Romesh and the gang will not pull off their plans. Risk reward in here clearly implies to me that I should be accumulating stock.

So quit crying for heaven's sake.

I had not noticed that lack of insider selling, I too use that indicator a bit, in my decision making. However, I feel that the insiders are so involved & prejudiced in their opinions about THEIR company, that they, like us, can't see the forest for the trees. Also, I find the insider sales/purchases a cpl of months after publication, by that time, "the cows had all left the barn!"
