AllnetSerivces.com Corp. Announces Completion of Form 10-SB Documents CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1999-- AllnetServices.com Corp. (OTC BB: ANSCE) announced today the completion of its Form 10-SB documents. The documents have been reviewed by the Company auditors and have been forwarded to the Company SEC counsel for filing. Upon approval, Allnet will become subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and will begin filing regular quarterly and annual reports with the SEC.
