Shaker files SC 13G/A yesterday, 8/10, but dated 7/28..... the largest number of shares that I can find is 476K or 4.9%. The text lists those quantities as 12/31/98........ I suspect that they just forgot to update their word processing. More later, as discovery on this surprising disclosure proceeds. Obviously, it's either incomplete or wrong, or Shaker has been lying through their teeth to very many people......... Item 5.
