True this will not go to 20 right away but in 3-6 months it will be there. Look at what ATML did and what SSTI is doing. This will do the same thing. It has just started to run and is way to early to be taking profits. If you are a trader and are hoping to buy 1/4 lower than that's fine. But investors in XICO will be the big winners as this will be over 20 by Jan.
