Doug, I'm not sure but if I remember correctly, companies can only buy back shares on a downtick (??). So, while CSGS can support the price by absorbing the shares of sellers, it can never manipulate the price upwards. Besides, w/ an average volume of over 800K a day and only a 5 million share buyback, it's doubtful that it'll have much "real" positive impact. Nevertheless, the announcement does have a "psychological" impact as management is implying that the company is undervalued.

Gee, this company is actually working it's way back to what I paid for it. There's real hope I could break even! (g) What's your take on things after the recent downward spiral?
