Sorry if I missed something.

Could you fill me in with little more detail.

Did the folks on the IHTC board know about the merger?
What criminal were laid out?

Any further thoughts on the deal.

Personally, a company whose stock is at .20 merging with a company whose stock is at .04 doesn't impress me too much. They better be offering cash for this deal and not stock....
