It's quite understandable. The market is fearing that the economy is too strong, that inflation will return, that rates will rise, that this will constrain growth and profits, thus there's too much risk at current prices.

I think they're fighting the last war.

And it appears that there are large numbers of investors who hold that belief or something similar. The bond ghouls can't understand why stock prices haven't come down even further. Perhaps investors are able to look at actual inflation rather than someone else's paranoia.
