Danny,

That 500 point on the DOT isn't a neckline, it's support from a few weeks ago.

Take a look at the 1 year weekly chart for a clearly defined H&S pattern.

The neckline has already been broken somewhere around 520-21.

Notice that the right shoulder has two shoulders...if you use that first shoulder (I know, bear with me) then the neckline was broken at 600, which foretold the mid-May tthrough June debacle.
