It has to be something more than VIA deal as the news is at least two days old and wall street is forward looking rather than backward. I checked the trading history of IDTI. Since March 1998, IDTI never traded more than 4 million plus and today we have a whopping 7.5 million. Something must be up!! May be more details on Via deal (price to be paid by VIA) leaked out.
