Hi Jon, I decided to get away from this thing and cool down before making any more posts. I, like Jaclyn, had been following the ITCH investors for two days. I started watching them very close, because it was becoming apparent that GAAY investors were selling GAAY and buying ITHC. They were bad mouthing GAAY and GAAY Management, some of their posts were nasty to say the least. I got a real sick feeling when the release came out verifying some of what they were saying. This might be a really good deal for GAAY... however... I think some issues need to be addressed. How did the ITHC investors know the deal (they even knew a PR was coming and when). Is the other info that they released about GAAY management correct? Did they take this inside information and short GAAY.. knowing that a .04 shell deal with GAAY, was not going to look good on the surface. I am glad to hear that you talked to Joe and they have cash. I hope this is a great deal for the investors that have supported GAAY so well. I will see what happens next week... mean time I am going to do a lot of research this weekend on ITCH history.
