As Bob Hope would have said, thanks for the memory re The Lion Sleeps Tonight.

However, I found the Phaedo seriously moving--considering that Phaedo was a prostitute.

And yes, I lived out--and still do--the relationship between the lover and the beloved. It is IMO the essential criterion of love, to understand the soul of the beloved.
