I think that ITHC did nothing but set themselves up for a fall. "Triangle Multi-Media Limited will be active in the television and Internet content business. The company has identified certain assets and key management that are available in the marketplace and is now seeking a financial partner. No commitments have been placed in writing by any parties at this time. " The above and the name change mean nothing. Dick Weiner is not stupid. ITCH has nothing to offer and clearly state they are seeking a financial partner... who isn't? They have identified assets and personnel-meaning GAAY- that are "available". FOR THE RIGHT PRICE anything's "available" ITCH is BSing and dreaming
