The economics of BBFW vs. fiber remain the same. I did look at GST's western U.S. service map and note that it overlaps ARTT's proposed western buildout in 12 or 13 of 14 cities. ARTT could deal with them, ELIX, or go a la carte city-by-city.

Hi transmission:

I think that ARTT and GSTX would complement each
other well. GSTX has been going after very large
customers, such as Boeing, The Jet Propulsion
Lab, or the Travis AFB. However, if you throw in
QWST in the mix the picture is murky. I am not
sure to what degree the QWST and GSTX fiber networks
in the West overlap.
