Just called Joe
I asked him what they had to offer. He couldn't comment due to quiet period. Only statement was"We have cash"

After reviewing all information, I'm betting there will be a great buyout offer on the table. If not, Dick is not stupid and will quickly reject. But they are asking for mgt plan, so Dick wants clarification on present mgt's future roles in new company. My guess is he likes the bulk of the offer
Anyone who sold will be VERY sorry.
