Talked to PR yesterday. I had thought that the recent price drop was in part due to the patent infringement lawsuit. I was way off, it seems as though the management ran this puppy into the ground. 20 million in revenues, 10 million in expenses is just one of the examples I was given. John said that earnings should be a little better than expected, and that the restructuring would involve more shares issued. Reverse stock split was mentioned but hopefully we can see the 2 to 3 dollar range before that happens.
