Actually all of the listings for 1999 are form 144's "Intention to Sell Restricted Securities" A restricted security is one which is acquired directly and not through a public offering. These forms have to be filed by all holders of restricted shares, not just insiders.

If you click on the name of the individual you will see that they are ALL (100%) shareholders and NOT INSIDERS.

According to this list there have been NONE (ZERO) insider sales in 1999.

The only insider activity was an initial declaration by John Clarey on April 30, NOT A SALE.
