I believe the answer is that they outsource a lot of their development.

Maybe they outsourced the development of www.zixcharge.com as well. Hopefully for the longs the development of their products is going better than www.zixcharge.com.

Brad, they purchased a couple of mainframes and some servers which will most likely be sold at auction next year.

Was there a conference call or any other information issued to clarify?

Brad, you can listen to the CC replay. It was held a month ago. What a disaster, Cook did very poorly. Stock was in the low 50s when the call began, it slided as the call progressed, hit 47 at the conclusion. As soon as the call ended, it dived another 6 pts in 60 seconds.

You can see why Cook canned the CC yesterday.
