Should we be worried about the Media One merger now that T's price is significantly lower than the $ 51.30 that T guaranteed to UMG shareholders? The deal, if I remember correctly was 1 share of T plus $31.85 Cash for each share of UMG with a stipulation that if T's stock price fell below $ 51.30 then T would make up the difference in, I can't recall, either more cash or more stock.
If T doesn't get UMG I think we got trouble with a capitol T
