I haven't followed. I'm happy with GAAY. They have the assets that ITHC wants and that's what counts.
GAAY can always say no and continue as planned. Nothing will change with GAAY other than their perceived value by one outfit.
Expecting details on offer next Tuesday or Wednesday.
GAAY shareholders are in a win-win situation and I expect GAAY to do very well next week. Anyone who sold due to rash thinking will be very disappointed.
I called ITHC's attorney. He stated "we have cash" and that"it will be good for shareholders of both companies"
