Idaho National Engineering Laboratory CRADA Signed

DCH and Idaho National Engineering Laboratory have started a new cooperative research and
development agreement (CRADA) for the purpose of integrating the PEM fuel cell with a new
hydrogen gas production technology and demonstrating the utility of the system. The hydrogen gas
supply for fuel cell implementations is a critical component in building a competitive fuel infrastructure.
The CRADA is approved by the DoE's Hydrogen Program and will be peer reviewed annually.

Form 10SB Submitted to the Securities Exchange Commission

On August 6, 1999, DCH submitted its application to become fully reporting to the SEC. The
administrative, legal and accounting costs to support the research, audits, reviews and preparation
exceeded $100,000. DCH is pleased to have reached this milestone and anticipates that receiving SEC
approval may be helpful in further efforts to build the shareholder base.

UNLV Selects DCH For Safety On Hydrogen Bus In Las Vegas

The University of Nevada - Las Vegas is building a hydrogen-powered bus as part of a DoE
demonstration project. DCH is assisting UNLV and DoE with both a safety study and a H2 sensor
installation on-board the vehicle to provide safety & road-worthiness.
