The 6th was an important legal date for the band. Maybe someone else understands better what it was about. I had heard something like it was the final date by which their lawyer had to make a response to the company's claim in state court. Later, someone else said that there was actually a hearing of some kind. It's all very vague to me, but I'm wondering if Kim and Anne were either in Michigan, or close by a conference phone with the company's lawyer.
