Moat, sorry, no list or urls about Q! management. I don't think they are really managers. There is a category of business people who transcend management. They are people enthusiastically being self-expressive. Their enjoyment of life is what they do. Their values, creativity, enjoyment and achievements are all rolled into one.

People like Bernie Schwartz, still working in his 70s, Irwin Jacobs and others well into their 60s, $ill Gates in his 40s, Michael Dell in his 20s and Computer kids in their teens don't just do it to get a lot of money. They don't do it to be great managers. Sure, for all successful people who sell things, they use money as the measuring stick because money is the value measurement and the primary measure of success. They have to be good at managing but that is the most basic aspect of what they do.

Ericy said they will ensure accountability and responsibility when taking over the Q! infrastructure. Real results come from the 'Go Brain Go' type of outlook, which of course have accountability, responsibility and management skill as necessary but not sufficient conditions of success.
