You'll probably find wide agreement from the other scanologists on the thread that the 13, 8, 8 stuff as outlined in the comkey criteria is crucial for timing. With a component using 3 or 4 defined scanable activities of the 89, 3, 5 used in conjunction with the 13, 8, 8 alert, a move of more significant % potential is possible. Some 3 dRSI measure of divergence would be something to work with. And all the charting stuff has to be set up to assess whether the opportunity that the technical stuff shows is supported by price movement in relation to a significant, definable and understood chart activity, ie triangles, IHS etc. I'll leave it up to you to figure out how you'd incorporate any of it.
