It's also interesting that the 84 year cycle of Uranus is 3 cycles of Saturn or 7 cycles of Jupiter. What we need to study ..is the long range effects of the eclipses and the transits to the eclipse. Since the moon will be in Aquarius conjuncting Uranus, the Aquarius moon receives the energies manifest in the Saturn Mars opposition Squaring the eclipse. With Sun and Uranus in mutual reception a cycle is set into motion.
