I appreciate the concern and insights good buddy. However...I was not undertaking to fix ECNC's E fiasco all by myself. I was doing DD...trying to verify what the company had told me or find out if this was a gloss over of a real filing problem that none of us had found. What pissed me off was the incompetence of the people in charge of compliance....they COULD NOT point out the problem. The problems they pointed out they agreed were really okay...then they just took the attitude of TS...live with it. I just wanted to strike back and show them it won't go away easily if they refuse to explain the real problem and take a F*&#b you attitude with concerned investors. That's all. Stress was from MUCH more than the stock debacle. This was not nearly as bad as when the canadian shorter situation came to light. That sucked big time and there was no easy answer. I'm chilled....still want to give NASD hell for their idiocy and crappy attitude.

Where's the BEEF Phat Boy!!! LOL here is a post from a guy on RB....NEATO!!!! My wife works for Sen. Richard Lugar....Sen. Lugar is a great fan of e-commerce...an even lesser fan of red-tape crap. HE assured her a "wake-up call" to the SEC MONDAY A.M......You all don't hear from me much...but I LOOOOOOVE this company!!!

Hi Matt, I have read your thread, in fact I have been lurking your thread for the last month or so since Jorj mentioned to me about your club. Your thread has a lot of good info and a bunch of good folks who know their beefs. Like I said on my last post to you, you presented your point very well, you hit the right notes and I wholly agreed with you about the points you mentioned, I was impressed that you saw the deficiency in Tom and spelled it out. I was not criticizing you about your honest opinions or the content of your post; however, I felt some of your words were harsh and unnecessary. Words such as ....."Tommy boy"....."tape their mouths shut"..... are what I am referring to. Where I come from, we have such thing that I call "respect"; after all, TH and Manny are old enough to be your father, how about a little respect whether you agree or disagree with their actions. You also said, and I quote ".... I just don't think anybody had the balls to step up and voice their opinions". Matt, I speak for myself and may be a few others that I come to know personally on this thread. We are behind Tom as our leader and behind his vision to build ECNC, but we are not blind. We are not afraid to voice our opinions or criticize Tom if there is warrant for such an action. This is Tom's company and we are the investors, we are here to invest our hard earned money to something we believe in. If we see the company is heading in the wrong the direction, we will let Tom know....; and if our opinions do not count, we won't hesitate to sell our positions and move on. BTW, welcome to the thread, it's great to see you here with us. My compliments on your DD and your contribution is appreciated. Dai
