No, I was not referring to ownership of ATHM. I was referring to the tensions that exist between T and ATHM and how their interests are NOT mutually aligned. This has always been my major premise was the impetus behind my initial post to you.

Notwithstanding the distinction between ownership control and voting power, I would expect by now that you would realize the difficult situation ATHM finds itself in given the numerous conflicts of interests inherent in its relationship with its controlling shareholders -- not only T, but the other major MSOs -- CMCSK and COX as well. Unfortunately, ATHM's management is not at the tiller of its own ship.
