Any firm that has an Instinet subscription will be able to display the Instinet "book." It'll either be displayed on the proprietary Instinet terminals or on the Windows version of the Instinet execution screen. It's not available to firms that have not been approved for an Instinet subscription, and even for those firms, may not be disseminated outside of the brokerage offices (i.e., not at customers or employee traders' homes, and not in offices which are not OSJ's - Offices of Supervisory Jurisdiction, staffed by individuals with the Series 24 license).
