Does anyone have an explanation for Merrill dumping 55000 shares late in the day?

From my understanding, this is how it works. Texas Instrument's has a chip like many other companies the produce certain speeds.
Now the chip that Wi-lan has been looking at has been around for awhile and is used in other wireless applications, this is a known.
How the whole sha-bang works is that WIN takes the chip that Texas insturments says will go X fast.
Then WIN applies the ODFM model to it to increase the chips throughput creating higher speeds then what Texas said. Thats why their always on the lookout for new chips to apply the ODFM to. So be careful about thinking along the lines of buyout or something for now.
Hatim must want to go faster which is of course better.
On a side note I hear Breezecom has a 50Mbps in R&D.
