They have posted on SI for a couple of years now. They are not pretending to be a newswire; in fact, they were big DBCC cheerleaders for a long time before the runup. They are also on the TMSR thread.

Given that IMGK trades under $1 it deserves to be trashed.

>>...a person is going around as a newswire and trashing stocks...

With all due respect esecurities corporation is, in fact, building a wire service(s) viz as viz DaytradersNewswire.com (tm), SiliconNewswire.com(tm), MicrocapNewswire.com(tm) whose mission is to present issues of facts not "Trashing stocks". With a little more due diligence one will realize that successively posted "issues of fact(s)" are good, bad, neutral...simply issues of facts in an attempt to provide/establish a more efficient market with non-followed microcaps.

In this particular case, we are alleging possible SEC Rule 10b-5 violations commited by IMGK insider(s) pursuant to the non-formally disclosed NASD decision re: IMGKs NASDAQ NMS delisting contemporaneous with consistent patterns by IMGK insiders of painting a very upbeat scenario ref/[incl. but notlimited to] June 3, July 20 1999 Press Conferences et al.

Respectfully,
