I don't think it really matters after my run in with them. I will be VERY surprised if they change their stance with Tom's attorney on this. Their attitude is screw you...file what we tell you and don't worry about what YOU think our rules say. You can't fight this beast. You just make your point then do what is required to appease the beast. The problem I see is....if we file a 10Q for Q2 like they insist (as best I can tell anyway since they refuse to say out right), when do we file thereafter???? Which filing period are we on. Are we essentially still a fiscal year company just because the NASD has its head firmly inserted??? The mess just keeps rolling. Jeez...not my problem.
