It appears to me that the new accountants (Carlin, Charron & Rosen as per 8K) are catching up and filing those reports that are past due. The fact that they hired new accountants and filed the '98 annual report on Friday tells me they have every intent to get current. By the way, nothing negative should be read into the fact that they have new accountants. The old accounting firm worked for PaperClip Software, the failed merger partner. It makes sense to get a different accountant. Socs
