(BS Newsire) BIXG Announces Details of Share Exchange

BXIG said today that shareholders would be able to call a special toll free number for shareholders of record Aug 5, 1999 at 2:43 PM. Only those shareholders that purchased prior to this date and time would be eligible to exchange shares. All other shares are worthless.

Qualifying shareholders have 6 months to exchange their share for TCHL shares, after this date their shares will become worthless.

The special 800 number is 800-SCAM-YOU. Please call between the hours of 2:15pm and 2:17PM. Due to the number of shareholders exchanging shares we cannot return calls.

As a side note, shareholders of IXVT that exchanged shares for TCHL will be able to exchange their shares for TCLHV shares upon surrender of certificates.

However, If you purchased these shares on July 29 between the hours of 2:45 and 3:15 and sold these share on Aug 2 between the hours of 10:10 and 12:45 you must surrender 2x the number of shares that you owned.

On the otherhand if you bought On Aug 2 btween the hours of 10:10 and 12:45 and subsequenbtly sold on August 6 between the hours of 2:12 and 2:17, you must deliver to the buyer 20 shares for every 1 share sold, unless you were a previous owner of IXTV share on July 29 at 1:29pm

This information has been reviewed by the company, it's accountants, it's lawyers, and the SEC and has been determined to be as precise as possible in order to avoid shareholder confusion.
