I don't know Rick; I read that if the owners are holding a majority of the shares, they could run this through without a shareholder vote. But I don't know how they could do an accurate voting without some figures from JBOH. All I know is ITCH is a shell loaded with dough and spent the last week and a half getting all the legalities formalized for signatures and presentations, as well as getting all the specifics Dick wanted before he would consider the offer; I do know that they want NASD listing as well and by the end of the year if possible. As for voting by shareholders, it is my understanding that this will be a done deal with or without shareholder voting; Tuesday or Wednesday "when the dust settles" you as a GAAY shareholder will be rewarded and see and enjoy the wisdom of this move. Sounds pretty well done to me, but this is my opinion. I know I am not selling - the vision has not changed, the assets have increased, the CASH is there and we are getting a whole lot for our 'good name' Triangle Broadcasting. So buckle up looks like we're in for a bumpy ride. Bart is ready :) Jacalyn
