Actually, Amazon is quickly becoming exactly the company I was expecting. The only remaining milestone is the filing for bankruptcy. With a disintegrating stock price and massive interest payments on a debt that no longer has any chance of being converted about 156 per share, I give them until spring of next year.

Bitter justice, since most of that bond money came through an offshore offering, of which no records of the investors are filed with the SEC. I can guarantee you that those investors likely included drug kingpins. Easy way to launder millions into US currency. Of course, they don't take kindly when they lose that money. Bezos may have more to worry about than shareholder lawsuits.
