Oh cheap shot there Tim ... Cheap shot. Hmmm ... you came here to take cheap shots huh? Ok I'll play... but I will use my pen not insult a truly remarkable and gifted writer's work like you did for your own agenda.

The Hall of the Internet

And so it was. . . The 'net as it is today
developed from the minds of great women and men.
With sheer desire for worldwide unity to play
and transcendent communications with use of pen.

Those ambitious few who embraced this new project,
made something out of nothing, motivated pure effort,
They had the guts to pioneer a revolutionary object
communication of the masses to share via cyber transport.

Now this communications causes heads to turn in disgust;
People of intelligence and knowledge have step up to dance
biting with words utterly marred by the dripping teeth of distrust,
Showing their hide side of greed, and destructive ignorance.

As they sit and watch the slow agonizing death of their image
this most productive social tool is their reputable waterloo,
they know in their heart the normal way of taking scrimmage
but there's nothing they can do to stop the disease they spew.

Eating away the very heart of the of the intelligent and Internet
the lack of responsiblity to at least research before writing
Yes it is blind ignorance that is the overwhelming in this time set
Where the lack of desire to be forth right is in their citing

None are exempt for even statesmen who thirst for ultimate power
stand before a podium and proclaim knowledge about their work
and pass judgement on something they know just has to be sour
Though they take no time to ensure they don't look like a jerk.

Yes researchers who cry out for fame provide the dubious tools
by which those decisions are made, and publishers driven by ego
not to mention greed provides the fuel of faction for fools
instead of research they just decide to wing it and let go.

Rather than engage an effort to educate themselves on the facts,
they scream of how uneducated effectively use this beast of woe,
but is it a burden for not researching data or is it lazy acts
Or is it just a malious intent to fuel an incredible ego.
