We can call it SUBS PASSED, subs, subs / (divided by) passed or cornflakes. All that really matters is as follows: Cable is currently be getting upgraded faster than athm is signing up new customers - this is good not bad. We have just started to sign up subs. In most areas we have not even gotten serious about that yet. We have been limited by lack of installers and a need to give good service. TJ is correct IMO, you are wrong.
