Going through the book with a highlighter was a big help. Frank, How many highlighters did you use? The whole thing must be yellow. Wouldn't it be easier to simply ask the publisher to send you the edition printed on yellow paper? :) Instead of using highlighters, I use copper pagepoints, the ultimate luxury in reading reference books. The only problem is that with so many pages having more than one pagepoint, the book is a lot heavier to hold. :) --Mike Buckley
