I'm thinking of selling 1/4th of my position somewhere around $5... as long as it holds above $2 ; that allows alot of potential brokerages to buy this one that normally wont look at under $2 stocks..

if it falls to $2 I'll consider doubling up if it heads back to $2.50 ;;; otherwise if it just keeps going up.. I'll sell some around $5 and probably sell another 1/4th position each time it moves up $3/share or so.. altering my targets higher or lower as news comes out..

with a 2million share float and us trading the whole thing last week... well... good things are probably on their way

TO ALL--need your help with OGPS:

well folks... we can predict all we want to.. just remember-- whether we gap up or not is mostly dependant
upon the buying pressure that comes in before the open..

as well as what the market makers feel like doing..

I'll predict about $3 7/32 to 3 3/8 on open.. pretty wide because of the following:

1) something is up.. volume was huge last week for us on NO NEWS

2) typically when price goes up.. volume dies down.. because 100,000 shares at $1 is $100,000 worth of cash flow in/out of the stock... as the price moves higher in order to maintain volume that means that MORE MONEY needs to flow in/out.. well at $3/share 500,000 in volume is now $1.5million worth of stock trading hands and remember the float is 2million so we traded the entire float last week--thus the price movement upwards

3) price moved up the last 5 days with no more than 10% corrections in price each day but always rebounding and closing higher that same day.. again on NO NEWS

4) anyone notice that our best friend market maker NITE was on the bid buying up almost all day yesterday.. everytime another MM jumped higher than him.. he jumped up within 20minutes or so to beat their bid .. he wants the shares.. and he wants them bad... question is why? Is he short and being forced to cover because a large buyer has request their certs? did he get wind of some good news and so he himself has become an investor? NITE was heavily involved with SNMM's run from 50cents to $28/share.. does he see OGPS as the next big one? Most folks in the pennystock world know that NITE,HILL and SHRP are the ones to watch.. but NITE especially... NITE almost always is selling/shorting a stock.. but this one he's been buying? I can tell you NITE makes money... if NITE is buying.. and turning around and selling same day.. that's one thing.. but when I see him on the bid side all day and he sells VERY LITTLE.. I know something good is likely coming... add that with the HUGE DD I've done and the market they are in.. that spells big bucks for me...

the ONLY missing piece of the puzzle for me is the financing.. I will call the company this week to get the scoop.. hopefully OKsteeler and Jim Bishop will call with me so we can all grill them for answers and try to figure what is up... I specially am going to ask why NITE has been buying so much.. is he buying on behalf of someone?
Where's the financing? When are we getting real world publication exposure like Starnet did... are we even ready for that yet?

Some of us longs here can make a few calls and then post here and see what we can find out next week.. maybe we'll each be able to find out something different... or better.. we all find out the same good thing..

take care... oh and BICOTEX... glad to have you aboard.. but calm down a bit my friend.. no problem with making big claims of making tons of cash.. but go ahead and post some links to DD or state why you think its going up so high.. so that newbies will not take it as hype.. but rather as an educated opinion based on someone who really knows this company..

again welcome all newbies.. feel free to do DD on this one and point out any red flags or bad things.. and we'll discuss them... we've talked about all the good things.. let's toss over any bad things and get them out in the open.. I'll start

1) They've lost the financing once... they could do it again..

1a) We have only to go on that several weeks ago the company told us if the financing was a go that the people who were going to help OGPS obtain it would then step in and pay for a promotional campaign as a "3rd party".. suddenly we're seeing that in the PRs... but without proof.. we're still speculating on our future

okay time for good DD on this one.. pretty or not.. cuz we've crossed $3 and if we're going to move to $5 and hold there and apply for NASD listing.. and get Walstreet exposure.. we better know how walstreet is gonna tear up the DD on this one and dump us in the trash if we're not worthy...

if we are... then I'm gonna have to go pick out the color of a new C5 Corvette... which happens if this one hits $10 to $15... really need about $15/share so I can get the convertible and leather seats.. (just a dream for now)

OMICRON RESEARCH FOR NEW INVESTORS:

OMICRON TECHNOLOGIES
114 MAGNOLIA STREET
SUITE 400-128
BELLINGHAM, WA
877-903-2288

The possibilities for Omicron Technologies are numerous. JimB did the original DD report on this company July 3rd and many other investors, including myself, have stepped up and made this thread the most informative and productive I have ever been associated with. Usually when a stock is making a strong move the bashers begin to show up. We have not seen this because there is so much research that has been done that anytime a question is asked almost any of the long term investors comes forward immediately and answers the questions. The best cure for a basher (besides the ignore button) is answer all doubts with research.

The most important thing is for everyone to get familiar with the company. For investors that have a desire to get more information not included in this report, contact Gary Robinson (PR) for Omicron at the number above. By Omicrons's own admission, the priority for them is the technology aspect of the company. They expect significant returns from the internet related products, but the technology will bring in the huge contracts. With their web site you can pull up information on the technology and internet applications Omicron has in place. It is possible to pull up recent news releases, investor information, contact info and stock quotes. Here is the link to there home web site: omicrontechnologies.com

FINANCING

The reason the stock price declined in the early part of 1999 is because the original financing deal with Pannstar Lines for $11.4 million was delayed. This was not a problem caused by Omicron, but the investors Pannstar was working with. Omicron just got caught in the middle and left them with little cash. However, Omicron has been working with numerous investors recently, including Pannstar, and a deal is imminent. They want to make a decision that will be profitable for the company and the shareholders. This will include no floorless debentures. This alone is huge for shareholder value. The stock price was over $7.30 as recently as September last year and $4.50 in February this year when it appeared the financing was a done deal. When Pannstar had problems on their end it began a decline in the stock as low as $.47 per share in May. We have traded over $3.50 in the last 2 weeks with only rumors of financing. When the financing is officially announced, Omicron has the potential of being one of the largest comeback stories of the year. They have a very diversified business plan and apparently many technology products in development that the public doesn't know about.

TECHNOLOGY

Omicron Technologies entry into the marketplace was heralded by an agreement to commercialize a radically new electronic imaging technology with ViaSpace Technologies LLC, of Pasadena, California. The technology, known as Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) Active Pixel Sensor (APS) was developed as a result of research through NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). The new APS technology is smaller, has superior video imaging capabilities, is about one fifth the cost of existing CCD and uses roughly 100 times less power than the CCD products. The potential unleashed by this development stands to revolutionize the $23 billion (by 2002, In-Stat Group) digital imaging industry, as we know it.

It is anticipated that Omicron Technologies APS CMOS sensors will compete with and largely replace widely used CCD's. The markets for CCD products currently represents billions of dollars in annual sales with steady growth fueled by technological advances. In-Stat Group based in Scottsdale, Arizona sees the imaging chip market, including the products the chips are used in, growing by 60% to $23 billion in 2002 with a 300% increase in the number of products sold. Peripheral insight further estimates the total available market for digital imaging at 110 million units by 2002.

Presently, most electronic imaging products are based on a sensor technology know as charge-coupled devices (CCD), which was developed by Bell Labs in the late 1960's. Basically, CCD's operate an array of cells, with each cell representing a picture element or pixel that converts light into an electrical charge of varying intensity. CCD's work well, but are difficult to produce and consume a good deal of power. APS technology, on the other hand, contains an amplifier in each pixel-the net result being superior performance, with greatly reduced power consumption, thereby facilitating miniaturization.

On October 16, 1998 the company announced a joint venture agreement with ViaSpace Technologies, LLC. To develop a new technology which is being utilized in NASA's New Millennium Deep Space 1 Mission to image the features of an asteroid and is also planned for Mars Landing in 2001. The APS will be combined with advanced wireless radio technology to produce a wireless camera system. To date the company has been contacted by six wholesale distributors interested in the product.

ONLINE CASINO/GAMING /BINGO

Omicron has launched its Lucky Eight Casino and Sports Betting Web site at: luckyeightcasino.com
Visitors to this new site can now play authentic Pai Gow Poker as well as 21 other machine and table games including Java versions of Blackjack, Slots, Video Poker and Caribbean Stud. Lucky Eight Casino can be accessed in Chinese, Japanese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and German. The web site will soon be accessible in Korean, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Lucky Eight Casino's projected revenues, after a sustained marketing campaign, are expected to exceed $200,000 per month. Omicron plans to develop ten unique, targeted, theme-based casinos within the next year that should generate revenues exceeding $24 million per year. Combined with its estimated online bingo revenues of $26 million, Omicron expects to generate total revenues in excess of $50 million in 2000 from its casino and bingo operations. Today Christiansen/Cummings Associates estimates that there are 300 sites taking wagers from an estimated 25.4 million online bettors around the world (projected to grow to 40 million online gamblers by 2001). Currently, these 25.4 million internet gamblers spend an estimated $155 yearly per capita. It has been projected that by the year 2002, internet gambling will grow as a whole to $10.2 billion, which is double all of the money bet in Las Vegas last year.

Many industry experts perceive the Asian market as an untapped gold mine in the online gaming industry. Internet use in the Asia Pacific Region is estimated at 30 million users for 1998, and growing exponentially by over 300% per year. Macromedia estimates current internet users in China at 5 million. Computer Economics Inc. projects that by 2005, China will have 37.4 million internet users, second only in usage to the United States. Imagine what this will mean for the Lucky Eight Casino by allowing the Asian community the capability of playing one of their favorite games, Pai Gow Poker. Furthermore, total gambling turnover in Asia is the highest in the world, surpassing $600 billion USD in 1997. The 1998 Casino and Gaming Business Market Research Handbook predicts that the worldwide internet gaming market could reach $100 billion USD in annual revenues by 2005.
