Two packages frozen spinach or four bunches chopped fine
one pound mushrooms chopped fine sauteed in a wee bit of butter
Two packages tofu
1 cup parmesean cheese
2 cloves garlic
3 eggs white only

4 lasagne noodles dry cover base of pan.
Mix tofu parmesean, three eggs whites, crushed garlic layer onto noodles
mix spinach and mushrooms layer on tofu mixture cover bake about 45 min at 350
