Anyone out there? I just saw where the most recent 10Q says YORK is now looking to sell certain assets and refinance their bonds. Let's see, they bought NAEC for $1 from CEO. It's cost them many millions, so I assume they'll get nothing for that. The only things of value they have are the power projects that have taken so long to develop, but since the company is obviously desparate, they will be sold at cents on the dollar. However, I would guess that some sort of off-shore shell corporation mostly owned by CEO would partially buy the assets of the power producing properties.

It's too bad that the good ideas by management have been implemented to the detriment of the shareholders of this dog. I sold last summer/ fall (I don't remember the date) and have never looked back.
