Pittera will not be continuing with the company LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 1999--Integrated Healthcare Inc. (OTC BB:ITHC) will officially change its name to Triangle Multi-Media Limited sometime in the month of August, according to Joseph L. Pittera, chairman of the board. "This name change will better suit the direction the company is going to go in as time progresses," Pittera said. Shareholders of Integrated Healthcare will be asked to consider new board members and officers of the company within the next few weeks by proxy. Pittera will not be continuing with the company. "I've learned a lot in the last year, and I have made quite a few acquaintances among the company's shareholders. My job as I have always seen it was to guide the company back from where it was when I took over from Dr. Gwartz and his group to where it is today. I have enjoyed serving the shareholders, but I, too, must now move on with other business," Pittera said.
