Ralph is purely technical and usually late to make short-term adjustments to his forecast but his long-term outlook is right on the money. His call early this year for the DOW to reach 11,500 was superb. However, he was too quick to raise his target during our normal pre-earnings rally period. He should have seen the rally for what it was(wait after earnings season) and at least waited until his target had reached before moving his target so much higher.

After hitting 11,000-11,200 the question was which DOW stocks could take us higher. I guess the market couldn't figure it out.
