Rv: This means its time to start accumulating shares of the strongest net stocks. Wouldn't it be better to just wait until October instead of accumulating now? I think it's gonna get a lot worse in the next few months before it gets better. Even if we get these interest rate jitters fully out of the way (unlikely IMHO) and rally a bit, we got an emerging problem with liquidity, a potential a-bomb with Daewoo's debt in S. Korea , a lack of dynamic recovery in Japan, and the Y2K question. Aug. has been bad (and it's early) but i think Sept. has historically been an especially nasty month for stocks. As for the Net stocks, the generals are being taken out and shot but it doesn't seem like the pain is gonna end anytime soon. Why buy an AOL at 84, when there's a chance that it'll really be on sale for 50-60 by Oct?

Tradegod, This means its time to start accumulating shares of the strongest net stocks. One this is always clear when you have a sustained decline like this. The start of the next round is nigh. Fortunes will be made on the way up. Be sharp, stay alert and profit. CSCO was 21 in Oct 98. Less than a year later, it has tripled. Olu, Your point is very important. The time to buy is when the stock action appears to be at its worse. Buy quality when there is fear and one will do well. Glenn
