I found some smashing news - 193 institutions own 81.8 % of STAR stock or 27.1 million shares! STAR has 33.1 million outstanding shares and a trading float of 24.2 million. Institutions won't hold this much unless they see a big price ramp up in the next two years.

STAR has no long term debt and the book value is $ 15.94!

It is quite a bargain!
